Darby wrote, produced, directed and starred in Nonunion Girl: a webseries about actor anxieties.
Nonunion Girl Ep: 1 was released in July 2019.
It is an official selection of NY Short Film Tuesdays, the Austin Micro Short Film Festival, the New York World Film Festival and the Jersey Shore Film Festival.
The Pilot episode won an award for the Best Comedic Webisode at the American Filmatic Arts Awards.It was nominated for Best Ensemble in the Austin Micro Short Film Festival as well as the Rising Star award at the Jersey Shore Film Festival.
Nonunion Girl: the Webseries was nominated at Astoria Film Festival (2021)
